Which version is in force, and who approved it?
Your SharePoint search finds the file. Answergrove gives the answer, with the document, the page and the version it came from, and if nothing verified exists, it says so. In a live deployment each user only gets answers from documents they are already permitted to see.

Ask in Latvian and get the answer from a Swedish document, with the file and the version. One box, no training and no course: type what you want, and the assistant asks back when the question is unclear.
Cited answer, or an honest no
Every claim shows the document, the page and the version it came from. If no verified source exists, Answergrove says so instead of guessing, as the demo above shows.

Runs in your tenant
The index, the embeddings and the application run inside your own Azure subscription (EU region). Your documents are not copied to anyone else's cloud.
Permissions, fail-closed
Answergrove respects your SharePoint permissions: each user only gets answers from documents they can already open. If permissions can't be verified, the document is excluded.
No training on your data
Your documents are never used to train AI models. The AI is called through your own Azure subscription under Microsoft's Azure AI data-protection terms.

How is this different from Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot costs 30 EUR per user per month. For 100 people that is 36,000 EUR a year, every year. Answergrove is a one-time project from 4,950 EUR with no per-user licence, so the price does not grow with headcount and everyone can use it, not just the licensed few. Copilot also answers from everything a person can technically reach, which puts your permission sprawl on display. Is this demo the real product?
This page is a simulation with fictional sample data, we will not put anyone's real SharePoint on the public internet. The real product runs in production at XTM Bygg, a construction group in Sweden and Norway: 865 SharePoint sites, 400,000+ documents, live in about eight working days.
What does the pilot involve?
One SharePoint site or library you choose. Two weeks, 1,500 EUR fixed. It includes a check of who can see what before the assistant goes live, so nothing becomes visible that was not already. Your team asks real questions about your own documents before you decide on anything bigger. If it is not what you need, it ends there; if you proceed, the 1,500 EUR is credited toward the rollout.
Which languages does it understand?
Questions and documents can be in different languages: Latvian, English, Swedish and Norwegian, as they are in production at XTM Bygg. A question in one language finds documents written in another.
Where does Answergrove store data?
The index, embeddings and application run inside the customer's own Azure subscription in the EU. Documents are not used to train AI models and are not copied to a shared cloud.
What does it cost?
